Extended Stay America Suites- Princeton - West Windsor

“This hotel, did not advertise that you would have to take your own dirty towels to the front desk in order to get more clean towels, and they did not advertise that you would have to remove your own trash and bring down the hall to the trash room. I did not receive any welcome package with supplies to wash the dishes or to cook the food or to eat with utensils. This day was not a relaxing day for me because I complained about cigarette smell. I complain about cigarette smell and I complain about insects in the room. When they came to exterminate, they came early in the morning and wanted me to open the door and I was still asleep with no warning. I will never say at this company hotel again because this is the second time but at a different location. The first location was Livingston, Hanover horrible. They charged me for a night that I did not even stay there and I’m still challenging it. The one in Prince where I am at presently have just ignored and disrespected my complaints. The evening staff is OK but the night staff is sleeping and not been Being present with the guest issues. The young man never even answered the phone. I had to finally go downstairs to get my towels because they do not bring any towels to you and they do not have Service to clean your room unless you request it but you must be here two weeks. horrible I would not recommend this hotel nor extended. Stay franchise unless you as whether you will have to do these things if you stay there. And there is no fresh fruit for a continental breakfast not an apple no bananas no oranges no juice no milk just one type of teabag And coffee and a pack of hot chocolate and oatmeal packs and fruit bars and two types of muffins that is it.”

“I just want to say General Manger Lakeicha Thompson has amazing costumer service very nice and understanding. She treats the guest with respect and a caring attitude. I also want to say Nathanuel Bellemy also has great customer service very kind and understanding. He deserves a opportunity to move up in the company. Because he is amazing with how he treats the guest that is staying at the hotel always helpful.”

“My recent stay at the hotel was overall satisfactory. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff members were polite and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. Amenities such as the Wi-Fi, housekeeping, and common areas were also up to standard. I appreciated the prompt assistance whenever I had a question or needed support. While there are a few areas that could be improved for an even better guest experience, my stay was pleasant and met expectations. I would consider returning and would recommend the hotel to others seeking reliable accommodations.”
